ये policy बताती है कि जब आप Checksy app और website use करते हैं तो हम आपका data कैसे handle करते हैं।

हम account data (name, email, Google/Apple provider ID), service usage (create की गई lists और items, dates), और technical security logs process करते हैं। Analytics optional है और सिर्फ आपकी consent से activate होता है।

हम Google/Firebase को processor के रूप में use करते हैं; infrastructure EU में configured है (Madrid, europe-southwest1)।

जब तक आप अपना account रखते हैं; delete करने के बाद, legal obligations के लिए required का retention।

आप info@checksyapp.com पे लिखकर access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction और portability exercise कर सकते हैं। हम 1 महीने के अंदर respond करेंगे।

Minors

Usage 14 साल या उससे ज़्यादा age के लोगों के लिए है।
